The Marianas Amateur Radio Club (MARC) is a group of Amateur Radio operators on the island of Guam.

Directions to KSTO: From the north, turn Left at Adelup (the Governor's office) onto Route 6. Drive all the way to the top and go past Top 'O the Mar a little more than one mile. The KSTO studio building is on the left side of the road. From the south, from Marine Corps Drive turn right onto Route 6, go up the hill about 1.5 miles. The KSTO studio building is on your right. The driveway on the south end takes you to the lower parking lot. The entrance to the meeting room is on the south end of the building, lower level.

 

 

 

Mission Statement

MARC is a non-profit public benefit corporation organized to promote education for persons interested in telecommunications, to disseminate information about scientific discoveries and progress in the field, and to train communicators for public service and emergency communications. MARC also encourages and sponsors experiments in electronics and promotes the highest standards of practice and ethics in the conduct of communications.

Our success is shown by a progressive increase in involved membership, by public recognition and support, by members’ advancement in the technology, and by acquisition and utilization of assets.

MARC assures success by having an organization with a focus on its goals, a system of leadership development, prudent financial management, and a vision toward and dedication to public service. It supports an organized and comprehensive educational program and publicizes its activities and services to the community.
